A Note on Our Evolution

Laaya Skin Sekret is currently undergoing a complete brand shift. We will soon be launching our exclusive, high-concept luxury scentcare line, featuring custom physical discovery rituals and an entirely new brand universe. While we prepare for this exciting upcoming launch, we are delighted to make our current active inventory available to you.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fulfillment: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our studio within 2–3 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

• Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned completely unopened, unused, and in their original, untampered studio packaging. Due to the pure botanical nature of our small-batch blends, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any bottles that have been unsealed or opened.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a studio error or a damaged delivery.

• Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can immediately arrange a replacement.
